FOUNDER + HEAD COACH

Sarah Corrigan is the Head Coach & Founder of SCRIPT Strength & Fitness. With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, Sarah has helped countless clients achieve their health and fitness goals through her tailored coaching approach and focus on building strength and functional fitness.

  • As a former competitive National level CrossFit and Equestrian athlete herself, Sarah understands the importance of proper training in achieving optimal performance. She brings this same level of dedication and expertise to her coaching, working with clients to develop personalised training plans that are tailored to their specific needs and goals.

    Sarah's coaching style is focused on building a strong foundation of functional fitness, with an emphasis on proper form and technique. She believes that strength training is the key to long-term health and fitness.

    In addition to her extensive coaching experience, Sarah holds multiple certifications in fitness, including Cert III & IV in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), and ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. Bella Liddle is a highly qualified coach with a passion for fitness and gymnastics. She holds both a Cert III and IV in fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) and is a Pre & Post Natal Certified Trainer, which provides her with a solid foundation in exercise science and the principles of strength and conditioning.
